Description
Maghoting (Delphinium brunonianum), also known as musk larkspur, is a highly aromatic alpine herb that grows in the high mountains of Gilgit-Baltistan. It has a strong, distinctive musky fragrance and is used traditionally in the region.

How to Brew
Use 1 teaspoon (or one tea bag) per cup. Pour freshly boiled water over the herb, cover and steep for 5–10 minutes, then strain. Sweeten with honey if desired.
