Hawthorn Berry is the dried fruit of the wild hawthorn shrub gathered in the mountains of Gilgit-Baltistan. Hawthorn has a long traditional reputation as a heart and circulation tonic and brews into a mild, tangy infusion.

How to Use
Steep 1 teaspoon of crushed berries in hot water for 10 minutes for a herbal tea, or add to decoctions and preserves.
Storage
