Mountain Honey (Buckwheat Flower) is a pure, raw honey produced by bees foraging on buckwheat blossoms in Gilgit-Baltistan. Buckwheat honey is naturally darker and richer than common honey, with a robust, malty flavour and natural antioxidants.

How to Use

Store at room temperature with the lid closed. Natural crystallisation is normal — warm gently to re-liquefy.
Safety & Precautions
Pure raw honey. Do not give honey to infants under 12 months. Avoid adding to boiling liquids to preserve its natural goodness.
