Description
Buckwheat Groats are the hulled seeds of the buckwheat plant grown in Gilgit-Baltistan, where Pak Seabuckthorn pioneered buckwheat products. Despite the name, buckwheat is naturally gluten-free and is valued as a protein-rich wholegrain.

How to Use
Rinse, then simmer in water (about 1 part groats to 2 parts water) for 12–15 minutes for porridge, pilafs and salads. Toast lightly first for a nuttier flavour.
